Motorcycle crashes

Riders get blamed first. We start from your side.

Hampton Roads is good riding country, and a lot of drivers who don’t look twice.

After a crash, insurers often start from the idea that the rider took a risk. We start from what happened: where you were, what the other driver did, and what the scene shows.

We’ll ask for your gear, your photos and your doctors’ notes, and we’ll keep your bike, helmet and clothing safe until they’ve been looked at.

  • Helmet, gear and bike kept as evidence

  • Witnesses and scene photos gathered early

  • Questions about fault answered plainly

What helps a rider’s claim

Keep these, and tell us about the rest

  • The gear you wore

Don’t clean it or repair it. Damage tells part of the story.

  • Pictures from the scene

The road, the other vehicle, the lights and any signs.

  • Names of people who stopped

A witness who saw the other driver turn is worth more than a paragraph from you.

  • Notes on how you feel each week

A short line a day, even if it’s just “still can’t lift my arm.”

Back on the road, someday.

Tell us how the crash happened. We’ll listen, then tell you what we see.

Talking with us costs nothing. If we take your case, the fee and any case costs are explained in writing before you sign.
