Start to finish
What happens between the first call and the last check
Most of the work is waiting. Here is what happens in the meantime, and who does it.
- 01
Step 1: You call or write
Say what happened and how you feel. No forms, no prep.
- 02
Step 2: We listen, then tell you where you stand
In plain words, what we can help with and what we can’t. If it’s not for us, we point you elsewhere.
- 03
Step 3: We gather the records
Police report, medical charts, bills, pay stubs. You sign releases, and we do the chasing.
- 04
Step 4: You heal; we hold the insurers off
We take the calls. We wait until your doctors know where you’re headed before we name a number.
- 05
Step 5: We send the demand and negotiate
You see every offer and every counter. Nothing is accepted without you.
- 06
Step 6: It ends in a settlement, or a judge decides
Most end by agreement. If one doesn’t, we tell you what a trial would involve before you choose.
The paperwork
What you keep, and what you leave to us
Keep a folder. Anything with a date: bills, letters from an insurer, a note from your doctor, the photos on your phone.
Leave the rest to us: the requests for records, the calls, the arguments about who owes what.
Keep every bill and every letter
Don’t post about the crash
Write down how you feel, week by week

About the fee
How we are paid
We take injury cases for a share of what we recover, so you pay nothing up front. The share is agreed in writing before you sign.
Case costs, like records, filing fees and expert reviews, are separate from the fee. The agreement says who pays them and whether you owe them if there is no recovery. Ask us to go through it line by line.
Whenever you want to start.
The first call is the whole first step.
Talking with us costs nothing. If we take your case, the fee and any case costs are explained in writing before you sign.
